The Bright Princess
For Plucky Two by Nine Contest:
The PRINCESS was one that all wanted to IMPRESS
Her SCHOOL kept her intellect current not a FOOL
The KING sought a worthy man for her RING
A RETREAT from tradition would prove an uneasy FEAT
Her INTELLIGENCE would keep her from fancying any GENTS
Many BLESSED suitors stopped by to parade their BEST
With STRENGTH she must stop this at any LENGTH
Poking LIGHT fun as none of them looked BRIGHT
Her GEM of herself was much brighter than THEM
