The Bride To Her Future Groom

I promise not to leave you.
I promise my love.
I know you, my darling, were sent from above.

I promise loyalty.
I promise support.
My arms will encircle you and be your fort.

I'll stand by your side with love and with pride.
I'll give you my hand.
I'll be your bride.

So give me your promise to love me too.
And be with me today
In your suit of blue.

Promise me a smile in your quiet way.
And give me a kiss
To seal the day.
