The Boat Part 2

God decided finally to wipe the world clean
And washed away all the pain and dark stains, left by thee.
When the rain was finally done, they send forth a raven and a dove.
In their hearts, there was still the LORD'S love.
Another day, they sent out the dove to fly.
When it didnt come back, they knew the world was starting to dry.
They sighed in reliefe and opened the top hatch.
When they saw the bright glorious sun, they began to laugh.
The old man wondered how GOD could wipe out the beautiful world.
Looking out over the shinning water, holding his wife, his girl.
GOD gave him his word that he never would again
And set out a beautiful rainbow of colors above the water as a promise between them.
Red ran to Orange, and then on to Yellow, Green to Blue, to Indigo then Violet.
They rose in an arch above the sparkling blue water
And promised that the beauty of the world, would again, come back to Noah.
