The Birthday Boy

Happy Birthday to me,
I'm eighteen years old now,
I blow out the candles,
The faces around me smile,
I whisper,
" I'm eighteen years old now"
Seventeen years ago I was just a little boy,
But here I am now,
A grown man,
I used to be a kid with no worries,
But now I'm a man with many responsibilities,
I raise my glass of soda,
Here's to another amazing eighteen years,
