Notes About The Poem
The very recent aircraft fatal crashes in Washington, DC and
Pennsylvania are a stark reminder of the fragility of life.
Hold family and friends close. ~
the birds with lights
the birds with lights collided....passengers fell
into cold potomac
in pennsylvania chill another bird crashed....
mangled more sad losses
the perished soar to god....so far aloft
of the humbled earthly flights
