The Bible

A description of the Bible, the inspired
Word of God. It heals the broken hearted
And set the captives free. It makes the lame
To walk again, and cause the blind to see


The Bible is my road map still relevant today,
With up-to-date messages in a practical way.
Don’t need to bash you on the head and force 
You to believe, search it through and see how it 
Applies to you.

Nadia Shahwan April 14, 2009 at 6:10 AM Wonderful. Meaningful. You can run it as 12 sylab. first line, 10 sylab. for the second and so forth until the last stanza ends with 3 sylab.. You can name the stanza as BASH invented by you; as KIMO for instance. This format is your line. All the best.

Diane Christian April 13, 2009 at 6:48 AM a great poem, well written the Bible applies to us all, we find something new every day, to me the bible is my life, it gives Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. we live it here but don't force it upon others all we can do is recomend people read it, we plant the seeds and see what grows from there, kep planting those seeds my dear friend people need to hear the good news.
