The Best Outcome Is Only Possible When
The best outcome is usually brought about,
By someone who is stout,
Is seldom heard to shout,
But leaves no room for doubt,
Why the best outcome won out.
If you ask the right questions of the right people at the right time,
And follow up on the answers in good time,
You tend to be doing more than just marking time.
