The Best Moments In Life

Becoming a teenager, Parents place wager That by sweet sixteen, You will have been Kissed and experienced Puppy love While stars twinkle above! Turning twenty one, The greatest feeling Under the sun, Graduating from University, Told you are very pretty, The spark of falling in Love instantly, Hearing wedding bells distantly, Then, Getting married, Being picked up and carried, Over threshold of new home, Labour pains, a big groan, Birth of a beautiful baby, Husband murmurs, my Brave lady! Child’s first day at school, Front tooth missing, So cute and cool, Children grow up, graduate, They date, Get married, cycle in action Get married, third generation The joy of a grandchild The day he or she recognised you, And smiled, Happy moments captured As they all happened, And locked in parts, And segments of everyone’s hearts!

My great grand father according to my mother, used to close his eyes and insist that he could see his whole life flashing past him in 4 or 5 minutes. An excellent comment Charlie, Hugs, Jennifer.

Wow Jennifer. I dont have kids of myself i only have my 3 beautiful niece's and none of them are keen either to have children. Strange but its a choice not a lifestyle so long as they are happy its there decision there life .

I do feel blessed Christopher,and I have experienced all of these wonderful moments - one part is fiction however! From the joy of a grandchild - I know and have experienced the happiness through my friends, but our two beautiful boys and their pretty wifes, have vowed not to bring children into this chaotic world - sad - but have accepted their decision as I love them all to within the depths of my heart.Thank-you for an awesome comment and your lovely visit. Thank-you Joseph - it is a beautiful cycle. Today however our best friend died of cancer after being in extreme pain for 4 months, his cycle was interrupted - very sad day for us and especially his family. Thank-you for a lovely comment dear Joseph, Hugs, Jennifer.

Hi Sandra, how cute is that, I'm sure it made your day - enjoy your grandchildren Sandra, my parents enjoyed my son and as I was divorced for several years, my dad became his dad, they were inseparable. Unfortunately our two beautiful sons and their wives have chosen not to bring children into this chaotic world they say because by 2033, people will be at war for water! Hi Gordon lovely to hear from you - we have sold our beautuful home and house and are downsizing majorly as we are only living in about a quarter of it in any case and it costs a fortune to upkeep, so like the tiny homes TV program in America, South Africa have started the same and we have bought one - big transition! Fine comment Gordon, If I have a little scarce but with house hunting and now moving plus trying to keep the business happy, I am trying to cut myself into three pieces. Love and hugs, Jenny.
