Today I prayed for you
The best gift to give with love and peace
The answer was your freedom
To dream and create your own meaning
To live your life and follow your heart
To embrace your journey and its lessons
To discover your purpose and your path
To forge your own relationship with Heaven
For I am merely the one who birthed you
Gave you love and nurturing with grace
But you belong to God and His Angels
And one day you'll return to Heaven's embrace
But no matter how much time we have
I'll always love you beyond this life
Our souls will always be entwined
For in my heart and soul, you will reside
