The Beginning
I just moved to a new school
Having just been put in
I needed to fit in
I was new
You were you
In science I was making a new friend
I was starting to blend
You approached my table
With a warm hello and a smile
You never gave me a label
I knew you liked me
I wasn't certain if I was ready
Everything was cool and steady
Until I checked my email
Now you asked me out
I was so happy
I didn't know what to think
I knew I fell for you since the first day
I know that I love you
