The Beauty of the Forest

I walked beside the chattering Brook
It's music filled the air
It led me to a waterfall
The beauty beyond compare

As I walk on beside the stream
The forest came alive
There were creatures everywhere
Of every shape and size

It was like a wonderland
A priceless work of art
A masterpiece by God himself
With a million beating hearts

There were scenes of wonderment
That would take your breath away
Miracles were everywhere
That brightened up the day

As the sun went slowly down
And the day came to an end
I had to leave this wondrous place
But I'll be back again
