The Beauty of the Christmas Tree

A Christmas tree is sparkling
It towers against the hills
And we are here admiring
As nature's standing still

It waits for us to find it
And take it home with us
And we're joyous bringing it
As day turns into dusk

The colored lights shine so brightly
And glisten in the dark
And we stand admiring
While it giving off its spark

The Christmas tree spread its branches
And invites us in
And the tree top glitters
As the tree shows off its huge grin

The Christmas tree is inspiring
As it warms up my heart
And joy in it, I'm finding
As it glows in the dark

The magic of the season
Is apparent in the land
The Christmas tree helps brighten it
As only this tree can
