THE BEAST

The beast inside wants out to play
I fight the beast every night and day
If I let him out to have fun
A lot of damage will be done
Lost in the woods so cold and dark
Dogs in the distance, I hear their bark
Search party me their trying to find
Staying lost I wonder who would mind
I walk a path all night and day
Lately I've been led astray
Can't seem to find my way out
Help from others I have doubts
One day soon the beast has won
That day then I'll be done
He'll destroy me completely
Nothing left of me will you see
Laying face down utop my bed
To the entire world I'm dead
Some lives people need to save
Others end up in a shallow grave
The day you see the beast cower
We'll be standing outside a tower
Everyone knows who here reside
Death itself awaits inside
He only has one goal
That is to take your soul
He'll guide you around the bend
That is where everything ends
