The Beaches

that people person responding to mercy
was left deserted, suffering worthless
I felt I was but dug back to the surface
I always return and always with purpose

defeat depletes some but with me it teaches
if a blitz destroys towns you fight on the beaches
the fields, the hills to where the mountain peak is
underground, sea, sky until you're in pieces
with some enemies death is better than peace is
