The Anointed

Precious black gold
Sultry her allure of motion
Ambitious often bold
Strident slick with emotion
A rose from the soil
The cause of commotion
For she does enjoy
Our lack of devotion
The earth we destroy
By way of loco-motion
Avarice her ploy
Of our destruction
