The Angel
i saw her in a dream
her wings as white as snow
she told me not to worry
she was just passing to go
i told her no please stay
and she said what do you need?
i told her i need a friend
forever here with me
someone who wont leave me
or break my fragile heart
someone who i can trust
forever more
i didnt want her to fly away
never to return
but she said that she must go
and she'd be back the following day
i wanted it to be real
my guardian angel i had seen
i still look for her frequently
and at time i see her in my dreams
