Here is what I would do if I was a dictator. Anyone caught carrying a knife out among society...would be arrested...tied to a tree (face towards the tree) in a public park...his trousers brought down to his knees...and his unspeakable, wretched rump and criminal shoulders and back given 100 lashes with a bundle of birch twigs. Let us see how many of them would do it again. Answer: not many...especially after their open wounds are being treated with the brinewater. :) john

Today many do not hide it, they proudly show and it and happy to use it! Is sad.

EEGADS! concealing a dagger = not cool. The last year I taught, one of my students hide a small knife in his jeans pocket...walked to the pencil sharpener and stabbed another student....blood everywhere and screaming students. Shortly thereafter, I retired early from teaching....just couldn't handle it anymore
