That's Just Me

Was living just fine doing the most. Got caught at my crime, now I'm doing jost. I'm back to the cell , & alone in my thoughts. No way to make bail, no matter the cost. Cuz parole got a hold, I'm here to stay. Lord knows I've been told, still I'm living this way. Can't tell me nuttin, I'm living to fast. Every corner I'm cuttin', with my foot on the gas. Need to find new road, then change my life. Learn to do as I'm told. Maybe become Barney Fife. When I get to that point, everything will be sweet. I can pull on my joint, with no shoes on my feet. Still holding my hand, is miss Kyrie Nicole. It's me she can't stand, or so I've been told. It's just the way things are, Cuz I make her sick. Like when you play a guitar, you must use a pick. Still she's my girl, & always will be. I'd gladly give her the world, because I'm her Dad-dy.
