That Which You Sow

Life for you can never be
the best that you could know
Until into the lives of others
seeds of love you sow.

It is our Father in Heaven
who gives you the ability to choose.
But if you seek to build your own life,
the choice to bless you will lose.

It is true what is written,
that which you sow you do reap.
And it is more blessed to give
than to seek that which you can keep.

It is in giving that you receive
back from that which you have sown.
Planting into the lives of others,
you’ll experience rewards you’ve not known.

Give away such things as you have,
those things you can never really keep.
You’ll gain from Him what you cannot lose
and eternal rewards you will keep.
