That Was Then This Is Now

That was then, this is now
But we got thru it somehow
Young and spirits bright
We loved through many a dark night
And somehow we always knew
That we would see it through

Now we face the setting sun
Many years since our love begun
Through good times, bad times and all the rest
These twilight years are the best
That was then and was so good
This is now and is so good
