That Fear In the Back of Your Mind...

Who is to question who I am?

And for what I do?

I'll tell you who I am.

I'm the one you wish you knew in all your sorrow,
gather with me while you wallow.

There is no fake recognition of your causality,
accept and swallow your reality.

I don't play games even though you wish I would,
I feed off of all that is anything but good.

No mistaking me for who I am or cease to be.

I'm that fear in the back of your mind.

If you can't see me then you are truly blind.
