That Door

That door: Love is dangerous That fear is great To cry so much, It’s like a lake To wish for true love Is a big mistake I know the danger. But, Yet I wish each more Blind to the facts To see what's out that door Like a horror film Not knowing, What's on the other side? Curious like a child Innocent like a child But, Yet I'm still alive Still strong with faith One day no longer there A new life's choices to make None made for me To know I'm safe To get to open that door The doors clear with faith By: Marissa stoops Copyright ©2008 Marissa Stoops
