That Day

That day came for me,
that day we all dread.
My best friend had left me,
my mother was dead.
She had left my world,
body and soul.
What was leftt in my heart,
was an empty black hole.
The place where love,
and the friendship once stored.
Was now cold and empty,
she had gone to our lord.
Not a day that goes by,
that i don't feel lonely or sad.
But I'm not blaming you mum,
so please dont be mad.
If you had the choice,
you would'nt have left me 'no way'
But mum just you think,
we'll be together one day.
