Thankyou For Leading Me

I took my path, a choice through time,
And time has been my friend,
For years and years, I’ve lightly trod,
On cold and dampened earth.

And earth would lie, whilst I would rise,
My family by my side.
I’ve had the luck, and had the time,
To make my journey worth while.

Blessed is a word, to throw around, 
Fortune and luck aswell.
But a choice of path, and choices made,
Have kept me on the ground.

I’ve gambled and won, with opposite paths,
On which I could have taken,
Of course I’m lucky, blessed and all,
But I could have been mistaken.

I’ve lived a stressful, challenging life,
Yet obstacles do not alter,
The path I take, to my final goal,
A goal which won’t be faltered.

To be raised by souls, of a heavenly grade,
To cherish their very existence.
To appreciate everything, which they have done,
For love, for care and forgiveness.

The path I chose, has been so kind,
To enable me to give back.
To the angels who managed to support me through,
The paths of endless dark.

I promise to you, it is my goal,
To care, and prove my love.
I love you all dear, with all my heart,
You were sent to me from above.
