Thanksgiving's Round the Bend

How can it be, dear
    Halloween's drawing near

  Thanksgiving then
    will be just round the bend

  Perhaps Labor Day we skipped
    or out of July fourth were gypped

  All I know is 2021's mistletoe
    is still atop our hearth all aglow
