Thanks To You
Oh where do distant memories lie?
As hands so reach to feel the day
I look into the bluest sky
To offer words that I now say
Oh, thank you Lord, for all you’ve done
This living day, the prize I’ve won
You bore the weight of sin for all
A burden that you took with haste
So that to one day, beckon and call
With hopes that we remain so chaste
I pray to you with thanks my Lord
For You are the reason for accord
