With this special valentine, I say “thank you” to
Each member who sends welcome wish through
Linking each new poet to the soup
Classing them within the group
On the first day we arrive
Mostly lost, they do strive
In writing words of many welcomes
Noting too as it becomes
General rules that keep us safe
Committing to this special site
Of poets and of what they write
Many of us are new to publishing
Many of us are simply aching
In expectation, simply waiting
To interact and perhaps learn
To share our voices in return
Each member does his very best
Each poet’s talent truly blessed.
