Who am I to tell You,
don't you already know?
Who am I to beg
when in time You show
that all my needs are met.
Only my arrogant ego
demands what I want,
but then I don't grow
in Your spiritual way
when all I have here below
are material possessions
that are not going to go
and be with You
who already knows.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
is all that I can say
to the Spirit of the Universe
my companion in all ways.
