Thank You Soup Family

Thank you Soup family
for letting me into your home,
I've become quite comfortable
forever, my footsteps shall roam.

I sat and waited patiently
for comments to roll in,
one by one I went through them
on my face, there's a grin.

I'm not on the internet right now
went off a few days ago,
I miss you all dearly
I pace the floors to and fro.

Thank you for reading my poetry
and leaving such impressive comments,
I will never forget any of you
all of you, are heaven sent.

I am happy to be invited
my heart is filled with such glee,
would it be okay with you
to sit and chat. Can I bring my coffee?

Let me say this in closing
thank you from bottom of my heart,
for opening the door and letting me in
every one of you are a fine work of art.

From the very first day I walked through your door, I was welcomed. I pulled up a chair, had my coffee with me, sat down and never left. I'm hoping to get the chance to be with all of you again. I just might have to go to Timmie's to let you all know, I'm still around.
