Thank You Micayla

Life was meaningless until they said you were real
A glimmer of hope that I could one day feel

I treasured you from the beginning, scared at first
Wanted to protect you, until that moment of burst

You’re arrival came like a twinkle in the sky
Seeing you through fountains of water as I cried

Forgetting the pain as you snuggled so close
My bundle of joy, humbly I boast

Never thought I would feel, this much love
Who knew I would be blessed from the one above

Thank you Micayla for being my true love
My angel, my daughter, my precious little dove
