Thank You Lord

THANK YOU LORD Wake up my child Come and see The beauty all around. The mountains and the tree tops high The birds are echoing in the trees. The butterfly touches the flower Pollinating every hour. The bees are buzzing all around The birds not a sound do make, I fear dear Lord there may be, Another storm at stake? But everywhere that I do look I see your hand above, The flowers and the trees are still The morning dew, there is a chill. I sit and gaze at these blessed hills And the glory all around Knowing dear Lord you made it all From the heavens to the ground. Now the birds do chirp and sing They’re crying out to me Come my child they seem to say The locust chatter too It’s a brand new day that the Lord has made Let us rejoice and sing to you.
