Thank You Kansas

I have never been to Kansas But I’m grateful to the state For allowing all its women To take charge of their own fate. Hopefully, across the country, Other votes will follow suit. Every female, on this issue, Should be firm and resolute. Health care issues should be handled Without government control. Forcing births that are unwanted’s Guaranteed to take a toll. So to all of those in Kansas Who fought hard protecting rights, Thanks for your determination, Which we’ll match for future fights.

I am from Kansas and I NEVER ever voted in a primary before in my life, but I was there to vote in this one - for THAT issue alone. I did not know or care about any of the candidates, but I am FINALLY proud of KANSAS! This has been a long time coming for me.

Totally with you on this. It takes eternal vigilance, however. No legal problem here in Australia for terminations, BUT a move is afoot to require extreme surgical conditions that would be impossible for the individual practitioner to meet. Hard to escape all the subterfuges! Elizabeth

Well said, Ilene! Few Americams realise SCOTUS transferred the healthcare of women to the hands of lawyers who lack the medical education, training, and experience essential to making timely decisions, and many mothers and daughters will suffer and die because of it! Aloha!

I am saddened but even more angry at the Court for their utter disregard of women’s lives. It’s an absolute disgrace…

I hope other voters look to Kansas and realize that we do have the power, when united, to make changes. Let’s hope people remember this whenever there is an election…
