I’ve wrote this special message
To the Ribble Home Care crew
Just to express my gratitude
And say a big thank you
You all looked after Theo
In a friendly, helpful way
Especially those who cared for him
Each and every day
I know it’s not an easy task
To care for someone new
But all your staff should feel quite proud
Of the sterling job you do
You’ve gone beyond the call of duty
In these times of isolation
If all care companies worked like you
We would be a better nation
You kept us fed with home cooked meals
You delivered to our door
That was beyond all expectations
I couldn’t possibly ask for more
Sadly Theo’s no longer with us
But before he passed away
He said the friendliness of all your staff
Sure brightened up his day
