Thank God, Anyway

Winter. Saturday morning it was.
I woke up, called me my boss
"You're so lazy, you can't work anymore!"
Do you know, how were in a big loss?!

Couldn't believe in what he said.
Without moving, the way to stress i let.
No, it was my dream job, if you know?!
Dismissal was really my upset.

I thought, my life came to the end,
Oh no! It mustn't be the end.
I have a friend with the name "Alcohol",
Without fail, only he can help.

Jumped out the bed, hurrying to my friend,
Going to the shop by the pevement.
Staying in a big crowd of people,
Noticed smth. and stood for a minute:

I saw a girl without legs,
Do you think for money she begs?!...
No! She was playing violin
Thank the God, in any case!

I saw even an eyeless man,
His life was by itself fun.
He was earning by telling jokes
Thank the God, in any time!

A woman lost her baby, i saw
What feelings were inside her?
What would i do if i were instead?
I thank the God, anyway!

Yes! I started to thenk my God.
Cause, you know, life is really short.
Wasting job is nothing than these
Never stop to thank your God!

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
