Firm old man
Obstinate ways;
Will and testament
Lawyer consult
Due diligence;
Making a will
Retirement daze
So much to learn;
At my own pace
Human nature
To nurture;
Null and void
Means testing
Between old flames;
Wants and needs clash
Beauty greets
Truth is silent;
Love presides
Calm in chaos,
Stillness moves;
Cause and effect
Mindful knowing
Worldly ways;
No-thing fills void
Go beyond things
To unseen grace;
Herein is home
Learn to "Let Go"
See how you feel;
Embrace blissful rapture
Noise and conflict,
Opposing ideas;
Plunge into storm's eye!
Fatigue funnels
Body battery flat;
Deep sleep recharges
Echoes fade away
Dying day liberates;
Flight of night visions
Heavy eyelids
Boulders crashing;
Rejuvenation begins
There is a gap
In between takes;
Point of pure peace
Words like notes
Musical scales rhyme;

Malt and ale;
Booze never fails

Reaping
Twilight and luna
