Tension

Why roam around with tension in head, Why not live in the moment instead. Why entertain negative premonition, When thoughts are based on supposition. Tensions take away our present, in misery moments are spent. Tension filled moments are hard to forget, life long sadness at very thought they beget. So many thoughts mind does brew, most of it doesn't come true. We end up looking like a fool, for all the thoughts we did pool. When mind is filled with tension, their is no room for concentration. Brain's working does cease, we fall prey to many disease. If we live in present we are ever thoughtless, life becomes joyous and effortless. Blitheness, faith and positive disposition, go a long way in ending all tension.
