Ten Penny Thoughts

Ten Penny Thoughts

old log, huge bore holes
earth, bare ground black with burnt ash
highway bridge fallen

Thank you my friend. Tho' we must live, we do not have to be so very destructive.. Greed and indifference along with little concern for future generations is most often the culprit. Some may even call that stupidity..

Exactly, you hit the core of it my friend. Burnt bridges are burnt beyond repair. As in life and as in Nature, things truly destroyed can not be recreated by man. And the creation is most oft of far less value than the thing destroyed to create.

Thank you my friend. Man creates, the question is how much does he destroy in his greed to create. Once burned the ashes can not be reformed to recreate that which was destroyed.
