Ten Billion Turtle Doves

Thirty-seven years later glancing back across time A child three thousand miles away from home returning Unto the barracks his drill sargent staring into the sky, saying I bet you've never truly looked into their clouds as they passed by, have you ? Nay revealing these storms inside my own, tiny life which I had known.... Oftentimes we have glimpsed unto that moment; wondering what his heart Was trying to convey and or say ? Knowing while their years gathered prisms in rays Be light he himself was still amid the war's mud soaked fields drenched of tears as blood Mostly infants crying out their Spirit unto her stars draped, a casket adorned in red white and Blue weeping but another mother falling upon her knees; shan't you be proud twenty-one gun salute Taps the bugle plays ? Corporate making another deposit doctor love cleansing, his crimson gloves.... Give him a noble peace prize afore tomorrow waves goodbye: deja vu standing in her clearing; peering at their clouds.
