Temptation

A thought becomes an action
I hope it was worth it
I hope it was to your satisfaction
But now because of your selfishness my warm feelings for you have grown cold
Can you feel my negative emotions in my stare that won’t break hold?
You will never be looked upon with respect
There is no turning back
Your soul you sold
I hope your actions haunt you until the day you grow old

shiver, never want that stare ever especially if it's after the action I'm thinking about, how cold the void must be filled before it is warm again

I have given that stare and it hurt me. Can there be forgiveness. Interesting thoughts put to pen. Sara
