Temptation

Temptations were there, clouding along the way, Every time they were grasped, taking hope away. Still, the stubborn heart took the chance, Striving hard in desperate hope for a glance. Unalarmed by danger, eyes full of romance, Pity to let them go, the mere faded ones.
