Telling My Life Through Poetry

I could write anything and people will believe it true rather than speaking to me they read a poem or two create a view one that suits thinking that you judge me true are you somebody I once knew and now I do without did you fail me mentally unhealthy instead of interact believing all the people who thought I would be back those I gave a cold shoulder for years and years in fact thinking they must know me best while I kept them in the black when they poked and prodded me regardless of my request I told them straight our days are done and they should let them rest while they told people we were sound and I was sorting out my head so I had to publicly announce our friendship was truly dead we’re you caught up in that confusion where did it come from? Talk to me and you’d reach a conclusion understand where I come from I was the one avoiding my friends while they told you what went on All the while they talked pretend believed by all but wrong I don’t like them that’s why I disappear I wasn’t away sorting my head And they control everything you hear believing every word they’ve said I’ll be back for the attention they said year after year after year after year after year after year after year yep 7 years they stuck to that, loving the attention, making me look like I was mentally broken, Playing the role they love the most, a caring friend, and one who’s close, like they suffer because I suffer, oh how they self promote, you know their fake right? In a fake light? I kicked them out my life and you think it’s me not thinking clear, Do you believe what I’ve written here? We ain’t close and you ain’t near judging me on hear say and rumour You must be flipping weird you can think about me, freely as you choose You’re somebody I don’t think of, you’re a nobody I once knew
