Telling

I know something naughty I want to tell you’
It haunts your curiosity until you know too
As the words gently enter your ear
Quiet, in a whisper, closer you draw near 
Dazed eyes and slight smile as you start to think 
Breath shallows as your cheeks turn a rosy soft pink
Now that you know and turn to walk away
Trying then to find someone else, to hear what you say…
Young or old there is a thrill in that naughty verse 
wanting to tell, is an innocent curse……
