Tell Me

Tell Me

Tell me somewhere there’s joy that’s waiting
laughter, people celebrating.
Victory for all of those that’s crying
that’s loving someone dead or dying.

Tell me there are restful hearts
where beauty in all its splendor starts.
Where children laugh and run and play
with angels watching night and day.

Tell me there is peace on earth
come to us a virgin birth.
Where all is well and nothing’s wrong
where choirs raise their voice in song.

Tell me there’s someplace to turn
when there’s no lessons left to learn.
Please tell me God abides up above
Tell me somewhere there is love.

I do in fact. There are times I cannot refrain from writing. In so many ways it has saved me. My release when I need it and my way of expressing almost everything. Thank you John for being an inspiration and an encouragement to myself and no doubt many others. Ed
