Tears of Rain
Today I will shed no tears
For tomorrow I do not live in fear
As the clouds get dark and full
The whole sky seems so blank and dull
For at night I cannot sleep
With my heart in despair I weep
I see the world’s problems
I pray to God to solve them
As the rain feels so cold
The problems of suffering and hunger seem to grow old
I try to make a difference and not complain
Because I learn there will always be conflict and pain
I wish tomorrow and today will never be the same
Everyday we should hope for and pray for a change
O blessed Savior, help me rise
And lift my praises to the skies
The tears that rain in my life
I thank you Lord for your sacrifice
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no
more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the
former things are passed away.
1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by
Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish,
strengthen, settle you
