Tears of Heaven

Sometimes, it falls like heaven is crying
for the minds that raid desecrated the land.
The injurious hands left the earth dying
like a helpless fish left on a dry sand.

Thy wrath that drowns the hearts that prey
brings a wave of worries and agony
for the trees on the mountains faraway
we're killed for just a pay.

Sad that trees are harvested in such uncaring ways. We just don't realize how much paper products we use these days though. Congratulations on your work being on the winners' list. Way to go. Sara

Thank you very much... I could not find a better way to express the ending... But I'm learning...
