Tears Are Healing
Tears are healing tears are cleansing, let them flow, don't hold them in,
Tears are calming, your souls way of cleansing your your words, your worries,
Tears are cleansing, so roll up into a ball, don't be scared,
Tears are inside you for a reason, let them go, it's o.k.
Tears are cleansing, tears heal you from the inside out,
Tears are like spring rain, bringing new life to God's beautiful flowers,
So feed your soul, give your mind a refreshing cleanse,
You will feel better, tears are meant to flow, not to be held in,
Don't let anyone tell you anything else, tears come from within...
