Tear Drops Rain

Tonight the tear drops rain
in both his world and mine.
Dropping a little faster,
and a little more harder each time.

I watched in a daze,
as he quickly walked by.
Silenced in a trance,
unable to blink my eyes.

Face to face we were today,
and a few moments eye to eye.
Watching in amazement,
finding it hard to breath
was him and I.

An outburst could happen,
to much excitement within.
Analyzing every second,
incase it never happens again.

It's coming down, I hear it fall
on my window pane.
I bet he's crying just like me
while listening to the tear drops rain.

Thinking of all that was lost
tears fall to the ground,
over and over the same,
it soon becomes the sound
of the tear drops rain.
