Teanna and Her Mermaids

Teanna and her mermaids were in the fountain at play
Some people came by and said “what a fine day!”
They could see Teanna, of course, she is real and all
None could see the mermaids, for their brains are too small

These people’s brains were no bigger than tiny strawberries.
Hey! Are those mermaids? a young girl child said with glee.
Teanna smiled at the child, there was hope for this little she.
