The Dance.
Gently and quietly walk on your toes
take care not to make any noise.
Gently and quietly up on your toes
like good little girls and boys.
Now all turn around taking a spin
boys taking the hand of your girl
Gently and quietly whilst up on you toes
spin your girl round in a whirl.
Then girls leave the boys
without making a noise
giving a smile at a glance.
boys take a stride to your left side
I'm so proud, now you've all learnt to dance.
