Tati's Poem

My daughter was born June 23rd Of the year 2007 God really does love me Because she was sent from Heaven. My healing baby, my gift from God, She gave me back stolen joy She filled my life with such happiness Not a single person could destroy. She came at a time in my life When I was so very depressed Dealing with her other half Constantly made me stressed. When I held her for the first time My heart swelled with love: "Thank you, Lord, for blessing me With an angel from up above." Her pale skin tinged with red Contrasted my own of dark brown A curly arrangement of thick black hair Encompassed the area of her crown. She had 10 tiny little fingers And she had 10 wiggling toes. She had big, beautiful eyes And a perfect little nose. I looked at my bundle of perfection And promised her my very best As she grabbed my index finger And attempted to suckle my breast. I am a better person because of her She is my biggest motivation. I want to make sure we are okay So success is my biggest aspiration. I love my Tatyana Nicole My sweet little baby girl I want to give her my everything Because she is my whole world.
